We are looking for a motivated HR Business partner to join our HR team.
You will partner with the business on our people agenda. This is a varied role that will cover a range of topics from performance management to employee relation and strategic HR initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with proficiency in French and fluent English along with a genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a people-oriented approach.

What you will do:
* Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
* Support people manager in handling employee related issues.

* Advise and coach our managers on evaluating performance and developing and motivating their team members.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws and take ownership of specific projects or initiatives.
* Collaborate with CoE and service hub teams on initiatives to support our people agenda.
Skills and experiences:
* 4-8 years of professional experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
* Demonstrated success in delivering employee programs that impacted/improved the success of an organization/department
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in French and advanced English knowledge
* Strong understanding of French employment law and legislation

* Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with judgment and creativity
* Ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization
* Ability to take initiative with little or no supervision
* Maintains a positive outlook
