Associate Director, Site Merchandising

Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an Associate Director to join our Site Experience Team. This leader will directly own site merchandising, customer journey strategies, and the content roadmap for a high visibility set of product categories that are strategic to Chewy’s growth. This customer-obsessed leader will help create a ‘best-in-class’ experience, driving product discoverability and presentation across the Chewy site. The ideal candidate will have retail and/or e-commerce experience, and will be a data-driven leader, who is comfortable working and influencing cross-functionally. The business is evolving quickly, so this leader will have a clear point of view, but be flexible enough to pivot as needed based on shifting landscape and business demands.
