- Review and optimize the migrated workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices
- Focus on documentation throughout the post-migration phase, including documenting workflows, configurations, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand post-migration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Utilize SQL to read configurations from the database and ensure seamless integration with UiPath workflows
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to collect requirements, explain technology limitations, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

- Proven experience as a UiPath Developer, with expertise in UiPath platform
- Experience in Blue Prism
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role is preferred
