Role - Lead Consultant - SAP Commerce/Hybris Business Analyst

Your role

Business analyst for large-scale IT transformation and business transformation programs. Consulting with customer and Infosys internal experts to propose Digital Transformation and other business and system improvements. Support business and IT projects from end to end, focusing on business/functional requirements definition and analysis, confirmation, testing.

技術的スキル・業務経験
  • 大容量B2C/B2B eコマースシステムの経験に強みがあること
  • 認定された教育機関での学士号または同等の学位が必要。学歴の代わりに3年間の専門分野での経験も考慮
  • 情報テクノロジーにおける6年 以上の経験
  • 日本国籍および日本での就労資格をお持ちの方のご応募を推奨。スポンサー対応: 今回はなし
  • ビジネスアナリシスの実務経験3年以上(ドメインは問わない)
必須条件
  • 日本語・英語の優れた理解力
  • デジタルサービスとカスタマーエクスペリエンスへの深い理解
  • チームをリードし、システムソリューションを指導
  • ビジネス利害関係者とのコミュニケーションに積極的に参加し、SDLCライフサイクル全てに参加すること
  • チームメンバーの作業をレビューし、複雑な問題を解決するための指導ができること
  • ステークホルダーの管理
  • 要件の導出と管理(エピックとユーザーストーリー/ストーリーマッピング/BDD)を担当するチームをリードする能力
  • eコマース、マーケティング、インタラクション、運用にわたるエンタープライズデジタルのモダンテクノロジーに係る経験
  • Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments
  • Drive awareness of customer experience in digital services to ensure they are promoted with customers

Preferred
  • Good understanding of Retail Business
  • Good understanding of SAP Commerce
