The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

- 優れたソリューション定義スキル
- Oracleでの実践的な構成を通じて、ソリューション設計、プロトタイプ作成および反復を行う
- Oracleシステムの構築、文書化およびテストのための導入方法論を理解し、適用する
- 成果物に関してオフショアチームと調整
- 他のトラックメンバーやビジネスパートナーと調整し、ビジネスソリューションをモデル化、設計および構築
- 要件を定義し、ステータスの更新、スコープの変更など、プロジェクトの開始からデリバリーまで主導
- 6年以上のOracleアプリケーションの導入およびサポート経験
資格とスキル
- 日本語と英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル
- ビジネスレベルの日本語ライティングスキル
- Oracle Cloud Financeの認定資格
- Oracle Cloud PPM、プロジェクト原価計算、プロジェクト請求、プロジェクト管理の導入経験
- 優れた問題解決能力と分析スキルを備え、業務をすばやく習得する能力
- 優れた対人スキルとチームワーク必須
