IT Deployment Engineering Project Manager will bring unique ideas to lead and coordinate multiple teams to get things done. You have the experience both in learning and development and working with organizations to get it right, but aren’t scared of tossing out old methods to try something new. We move fast and need someone creative and determined.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and guide the direction for the projects you oversee.

  • Facilitate in person and video calls (meetings) in a way that is tailored and relevant to each audience.

  • Establish effective communication with diverse sets of stakeholders across our team and business to get work done fast and in a way that is relevant.

  • Work with a budget, costs, procurement, delivery, status updates for: new office builds, decomissions, moves, adds, changes, and special projects, etc. 

  • Balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements

  • Define project risk-management aspects and dependencies

  • Document and follow formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.

  • Evaluate completed projects and identify opportunities for process improvements

  • Identify, allocate and prioritize resources on a per project basis, across multiple concurrent projects.  

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and listening skills; ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Organized. You have superior organizational and administrative skills and don't get overwhelmed easily.

  • Budget Management Experience

  • Construction Management Experience

  • Self-driven. You follow through on all tasks with integrity.

  • Naturally curious. You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes.

  • Knowledgeable. You have experience and knowledge of adult learning and people development areas.

  • Tech-savvy. You know how to navigate through systems and tools, and constantly find a way to make tasks more efficient.

  • Project manager, proven experience of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timescales.

  • Fun. You're a charismatic person who can talk to anyone and in front of a crowd; you're flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world. You have a passion for the development of people and the business.

  • Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.

  • A utility player. You're a quick learner and willing to help out wherever needed.

  • Bias for action. You drive results in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship based organization.

  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
