Reporting to the Director of Communications for North America and Global Supply Chain, the Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of communications strategies in support of the company's largest commercial business in North America and its Global Supply Chain organization.

This Specialist will work closely with colleagues across North America and Supply Chain to execute communications that promote employee engagement, further understanding of business objectives and performance and help build the company's reputation and employer brand externally. This role will also work closely with the Global Corporate Communications team to ensure North America and Supply Chain stories are represented across the global communications channels of the company.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, development and execution of communications strategies relating to the company's North America and Supply Chain business, ensuring consistent, high-quality and timely communications are delivered to all key stakeholders and cascaded appropriately.
  • Support content development and execution of employee town halls.
  • Write and edit leader messages, org announcements and talking points. Support change communications as needed.
  • Project management for key communications activities to support business initiatives.
  • Planning and logistics support for key events and activities related to communications strategies.
  • Support other key initiatives and activities within the Communications team as needed, including regional and functional support of global communications initiatives.
  • Support inbound trade media inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative style, works well in cross-functional teams.
  • Global viewpoint with ability to think cross-culturally.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work within a matrixed organization.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects and thrive in a rapid-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Strong team player, eager to roll up sleeves and support broader initiatives as they arise.
  • Minimum 2-3 years corporate communications experience, especially employee communications.
  • Ability to travel, including global travel.
  • Office-based role with flexibility to work remotely up to 40% of the time.
