Introduction to the Division / Function:

CAD division has the extensive product line to address highly customized solution to meet customer's needs. The characterization and Inspection, a sub BU of this unit has unique prodcutline comprising of Extrusion, Rheology, Product Inspection and gauging which will cater to food, polymer, academia, pharma and other market segments.

Role Description:

Responsible for handling Projects to ensure smooth delivery and I&C completion till the handover of the equipment as per the scope of the Order. Collaborate with internal & external partners and run timely deliveries and excellent quality. Deliver Project critical metrics and ensure customer delight.

Responsible for ensuring the effective customer relations, develops opportunities related to within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. Complete account planning and forecasting, analyze reports on business, and lead performance for the territory.

  • Develop a strategic and tactical sales plan for specified segment within the region to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met.
  • Develop strategy to incorporate and compliment the Thermo Fisher objectives into the overall segment and region strategy.
  • Work to drive product sales to support supplier partnerships and actively promote core products and valuable services.
  • Ensure your alignment with Company procedures and policies.
  • Continually measure personal and company success against business plans making the challenges, interventions and decisions to deliver, or exceed plan expectations.
  • Handle the overall region; Lead sales activity to drive sales strategies to meet plan and expand business within assigned territory; Ensure to maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives;
  • Perform sales calls and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Share with company on supply and price trends and assist in inventory control.
  • Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget and to a high-quality standard.

Qualification:

  • BSc/MSc/MBA and minium 6-8 years of Sales Experience.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Sales management tools
  • Commercial awareness proficiencies
  • Leadership skills to drive the project cases
  • Knowledge of Extrusion and Rheology will be a plus feature.
  • Strong in people management, planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills
