We are growing and expanding our team of senior consultants within our Life Sciences practice and have a number of customers and projects that we are working with. It is an exciting time to join the Life Sciences Global Domain & Consulting team at Wipro. We are looking for motivated, management consultants who can work in partnership with our customers in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industry to solve their challenges and deliver solutions to impact positive outcome.

Job Responsibilities:

• Senior Clinical Consultant (CC): Senior Clinical Consultant will support departmental team members (client onsite) with system application knowledge. The Senior consultant leads the workflow analysis, assists with testing efforts, and will train the Administrator and/or Clinical Trainer in the function of the system and how to train end users.

a. Clinical Consultant responsibilities:

i. Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Client PACS solution.

ii. Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide a smooth, effective, and successful implementation.

iii. Delivers clinical consulting services.

iv. Holds a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s).

v. Configures or manages the configuration of Client PACS solution to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment.

vi. Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions.

vii. Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Client PACS solution.

viii. Coaches and educates customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions.

ix. Analyzes the customer's existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.

x. Collaborates with the project team to plan and execute the customers transition to first clinical use supporting all aspects of the clinical go live.

xi. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.

xii. Identify application issues, investigate, and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document, and submit those according to standard process.

xiii. Files required reports and consistently complies with all required Client processes. Performing workflow assessments

xiv. Learning how to configure Client PACS solution.

xv. Configuring Client PACS solution

xvi. Configuring Display Protocols

xvii. Coaching and consulting with customer stakeholders to adopt change.

xviii. Training customer users of the PACS solution

xix. Support first productive use or go-live transitions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ year of experience working in the Life Sciences organization or in consulting.

• 5+ years of clinical or related experience in Radiology PACS domain or specialty

• Solid understanding of industry standards for ethics and compliance risk within the Life Sciences industry.

• Must have strong relationship building skills, must be a team player and have cross-constituency facilitation skills.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of technology solutions such as MS Office, Tableau, Qlikview and/or Splunk a strong plus.

• Education: bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred
